Your dedicated server and VPS account[s] will automatically re-new on the anniversary date of your sign-up, with the same billing cycle that you choose when you initially placed your order. We offer account invoicing monthly, every six months, or yearly, and discounts are available on six month and twelve month billing cycles. If you would like to change your billing cycle or have questions about our available discounts please either contact your sales representative or open a billing support ticket from your myPingPipe client portal.
