How do I enter a support ticket for my dedicated server?

To enter a support ticket for your dedicated server log into your myPingPipe client area If you have forgotten your password click the "Request a password.." link to have a reminder automatically sent to the email address that we have on file. Tickets are answered first-in, first-out, and are are automatically assigned to the next available representative.
